Lee Waterman is Paragon’s President, and has a wide range of consulting experience supporting resource development, transportation and reclamation projects in Western Canada. He has acted in various capacities at most of the mineable oil sands projects and several SAGD developments in Northern Alberta, focusing in recent years on large-diameter pipeline projects, mine reclamation planning and project oversight at regulatory and operational levels. Lee has been the program manager for multi-million dollar soil and reclamation-related programs for some of the leading resource development companies in Canada, delivering highly successful results in both environmental and economic terms. He has a strong record of balancing high-level planning with operational efficiency in the context of highly complex projects. As President, he is proud to oversee the largest team of soil and reclamation specialists in Western Canada, and is likewise proud of Paragon’s productive cooperative efforts with other consulting firms and clients alike.
