In her business, Halford Consulting Inc., Jane serves boards and CEOs to accelerate performance and improve the success of their incoming leader. She also speaks and teaches on governance, leadership, and executive transitions.

Jane is an active board member of Farm Credit Canada (HR Committee Chair), Alberta Innovates, United Way (Past Chair), Delta Genomics Centre, Institute of Corporate Directors Edmonton Chapter (Past Chair), and Sawridge Group of Companies.
