Julie Afanasiff’s experience in corporate finance, accounting and transaction engagements spans over 14 years. In that time, Julie has led transactions involving both private and publicly traded companies in energy, industrial and diversified industries.

Helping navigate complex transactions with strong negotiation and structuring skills, she is driven to make a positive impact on the lives of her clients.

In her role at Sequeira Partners, Julie works closely with her clients to execute merger, acquisition, divestiture, and restructuring transactions to meet both their short and long term goals.

Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Julie gained invaluable experience as a valuation specialist working on the buy-side of a publicly traded company. She was also involved in a “once in a career” complex spin-off and initial public offering of one of western Canada’s largest power generation companies.

Julie’s other experience includes working for one of the Big Four accounting firms where she executed transactions in their mergers and acquisitions group.
