Jeremy has been a partner with Felesky Flynn LLP since 2012 and is currently managing partner for Edmonton and Saskatoon. Jeremy’s practice covers a broad spectrum of taxation law matters including corporate and personal tax planning and GST/HST matters, and purchase and sales of businesses. Jeremy graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 with a combined LL.B/MBA degree, receiving a number of awards including the Stikeman Elliott – Carswell National Tax Award and the ScotiaMcLeod Graduate Student Scholarship. Following graduation Jeremy completed a clerkship at the Federal Court of Appeal. Prior to joining Felesky Flynn in 2007, Jeremy was employed with a leading national law firm in Calgary.

Jeremy has written various papers and articles for the Canadian Tax Foundation and has presented at the Prairie Provinces Tax Conference and the CICA Commodity Tax Symposium – west.
