I am the managing director of Transactions for Northern Alberta with over 10 years’ experience in corporate finance and financial analysis. I lead a team of professionals providing a range services including: assisting business owners to divest their business; leading financial aspects of an acquisition; raising debt and equity; conducting business valuations; valuing complex and/or intangible assets; litigation support; and financial modelling and forecasting.

I am a chartered accountant and chartered business valuator. Over my career, I have led a number of multi-million dollar transactions across various industries, including energy services, engineering, construction, distribution, financial services and manufacturing. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, I was an acquisition specialist for an international engineering company.

I am also very active in educating business owners on divesting their business through various thought leadership pieces, webinars and presentations.
