In the last 20 years of Harry’s 37 year working career as well as running operations, he has been involved in over 150 acquisition and business sale inquiries, made and received over 60 offers, bought or sold over 20 businesses. He has seen the acquisition process from all sides as buyer and seller, as well as from the corporate, private investment and personal side of the process.   He has worked for Certified Rentals, Hertz, Finning, and himself.   By his own admission some transactions were successful, and others not so.  Many lessons were learned, and he is willing to share his experience.
