Gordon Wusyk, B.Ed., TEP, is the Founder and CEO of Predictable Futures Inc. – The Business Family Centre and the author of “Drift, Drown and Decide: Navigational Tools for Business Families in Transition.” He is a thought-provoking speaker, compelling writer, and an innovative coach/mentor to entrepreneurs and family business leaders.
Inspired by his own family’s business perils in the late 1970s, Gordon has dedicated over thirty years to studying and understanding the unique challenges that family businesses in transition face.
Gordon’s career in the business family field has involved over 40 years of advising and extensive involvement in national and international family business associations including his term as National President of the Canadian Association of Family Enterprises (CAFE) and his Fellowship status with the Family Firm Institute (FFI). He is also a Certified Executive Coach and has been mentored by Dr. Leon Danco of the Centre for Family Business in Cleveland, Ohio – the grandfather of family business consulting in North America.
Gordon has been married to the love of his life, Gloria, for 50 years. They have two children, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Gordon occupies what spare time he has with golf, skiing, and reading good books. He is a long-time supporter of Young Life and Rockridge Camp, The Mustard Seed, Little Warriors and Be Brave Ranch. He also enthusiastically supports the work of World Vision.
