Evelyn specializes in advising clients on a range of acquisition, divestiture, carve-out, capital raise, financing, and strategic advisory mandates. Evelyn spent 7 years working for SITE Group of Companies, a portfolio company of SCF Partners that subsequently merged with the Centurion Group, an international rental and infrastructure solutions company, where she led buy-side transactions domestically and in the United States. Evelyn has led transaction initiatives across many phases of the transaction life cycle, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, financing, strategic planning, and transaction integration.
