Bruce’s current role as Vice-President & Market Lead, Roynat Capital and Scotiabank Commercial Banking, provides leadership to the Alberta North teams in establishing creative financing solutions in the range of $1 Million to $50 Million for mid-sized companies

In his career with Roynat Capital, Bruce has used Stretch Senior Term, Subordinated Debt, Mezzanine Debt and Equity in numerous transactions including management buyouts, shareholder transitions, equity recapitalizations and acquisitions of various sizes and industries in Canada and the US.
