RELAXED REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
We are offering a flexible cancellation policy for in-person ticket holders to put your mind at ease. Up until September 28, 2021, you may cancel and receive a full refund to the original form of payment. We regret that cancellations and refunds are not permitted after this date. Substitutions are permitted at no charge prior to September 28, 2021. For substitutions after this date, there is a $50 +5% GST administration fee. We regret that no substitutions can be processed after October 12, 2021. All requests must be made in writing and received at accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com. We apologize that we are unable to apply discount codes to previously purchased tickets.
