Shane leads EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice for Western Canada  and is a Partner in the M&A advisory practice at EY. He has over 20 years of experience in banking and corporate finance including having previously worked at a leading Canadian bank and in corporate development at Canada’s largest insurance company.

Shane is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and specializes in advising on transaction and capital strategy and the execution, negotiation and closing of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings. Shane previously sat on EY Canada’s Board of Directors and global Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth.
