Ray is a healthcare professional and serial entrepreneur passionate about health & wellness, technology and the creation of projects that strive to improve the mental and physical health of people and communities around the world. Ray brings extensive Founders experience and has a proven track record of success in a range of industries. Known for his innovation and ability to bring ideas to life – Ray has founded over a dozen companies and holds experience from start-up stage, rapid scale up to large public exits.

He is the Co-founder and CEO of CARE Group, a MedTech and mental health collective focused on healthcare innovation using technology to save lives and remove barriers to care. Ray is also the co-founder of Evolve Strength and Imagine Health, a growing North American portfolio of large format wellness clubs, primary care centres, pharmacies and specialist practices designed to offer world class care via prevention based medical and fitness models.

Ray’s visionary projects include diverse partnerships ranging from indigenous nations to telcos to multi-national corporates like Amazon and Lululemon.  Ray is a proud University of Alberta Pharmacy graduate, IVEY Business alumni, long standing YPO (Young Presidents Organization) member and has extensive advisory board experience helping public and private health & tech organizations, charities and investment funds. He has been awarded Top 40 Under 40 in Alberta and also recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 entrepreneurs.
