Sheila Witwicky, MBA.  Sheila is a skilled facilitator and strategic management consultant with 15 years of experience. She holds an MBA from the University of Alberta. Sheila is a passionate observer who sees patterns and trends quickly, allowing her to focus on the details of the solution.

Sheila has a particular interest in supporting Boards of Directors and Executive Teams in performing their respective roles in an effective governing system.  She has developed and implemented numerous governance models and supported the governance reform efforts of a wide range of boards including several private sector, crown, non-profit and not-for profit organizations.    She has also worked extensively with executive teams to develop strategies, systems and processes that enable the performance of the “governing system”.

Sheila is known for her respectful facilitation approach and collaborative style that draws out the full range of factors impacting an organization’s ability to achieve success.

Sheila believes in giving back to the community through her service on non-profit boards and committees.  Sheila is a member of the Citadel Theatre Board of Governors, the Past Chair of the Citadel Theatre and the Chair of the NorQuest College One Thousand Women a Million Possibilities campaign.  Previously, Sheila was the Chair of the Edmonton Walk for Kids Help Phone.
