With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the glazing industry, Cathie Saroka has extensive experience in products, operations and management. She holds the title of President & CEO at Goldray Glass; a family-run, architectural decorative glass company based in Calgary, AB.

Cathie is familiar with all facets of glass manufacturing, from Research and Development to Finance, Marketing and everything in between. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Calgary, with a focus on corporate strategy and entrepreneurship. Cathie is also a LEED® Accredited Professional, and has spoken at many events promoting the use of decorative glass in commercial construction.

An active volunteer and Board member with the National Glass Association, Cathie has been with the organization since 2005. She is also involved with many other organizations including CSC, various business and networking groups, and has been a member of TEC Canada since 2015.
