Calle Johnson is a Partner and Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been with the firm for over 20 years, the majority of which has been focused on advising shareholders on divestitures, acquisitions and financings. Calle has demonstrated a keen ability to work with clients to achieve their strategic objectives. She is an accomplished negotiator and has significant experience in advising clients in the negotiation around the sale or acquisition of a company. During her career, she spent almost 10 years working with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in London, England where she focused on M&A transactions in the consumer sector, specifically food and beverage. She has a track record for successful deal negotiation and has extensive experience in project management.
