Matt is engaged in a wide variety of investing activities including originating, evaluating, executing, negotiating, and managing investments and prospective transactions. With over 20 years’ experience as a value-added financial partner to mid-market businesses across Canada, he plays a key role in working collaboratively with management teams in the areas of strategy, governance, due diligence, M&A, and raising capital.  As Managing Director, Western Canada, Matt leads the Western team of investment professionals at Roynat Equity Partners.

Matt holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Alberta and a Degree in International Business from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
