Kirk Cornell joined BDC in 2004 and over that time has held several roles within the organization, most recently as Director, Growth and Transition Capital, with BDC Capital. Kirk is now in his 24th year in banking and finance. He earned his CPA CMA in 2008 and is a graduate of UNB’s Business Administration program.

Kirk provides advice and financing solutions across both debt and equity structures, primarily in the areas of working capital to support growth, for both well-established and early-stage companies, as well options for business transitions.  BDC continues to see a large volume of business transitions nation-wide and expects this to continue for the near future. BDC looks forward to supporting business leaders and entrepreneurs in their journey to grow, in a manner that benefits and supports buyers, sellers, businesses, and the Canadian economy.
