Chris Boudreau

P.Eng. Vice President of Engineering Services, Strum Consulting

Chris Boudreau is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry in Atlantic Canada.  Chris is currently a significant shareholder and the Vice President of Engineering Services with Strum Consulting where he is responsible for Strum’s civil, mechanical and electrical engineering groups as well as working closely with Strum’s land surveying staff.  Chris takes an active role in managing various operational items for Strum Consulting, and has played a key role in several acquisitions and strategic initiatives.  

Prior to joining Strum Consulting, Chris spent over 10 years with Terrain Group, another locally owned consulting firm in HRM.  Chris began his career as a Junior Engineer and held progressive roles throughout his time there, becoming a shareholder in 2004.  Chris moved to Edmonton to lead Terrain’s geographical expansion in 2008 and created a successful satellite office.  In 2010, Terrain Group was acquired by Genivar (now WSP) and the Edmonton office was rolled into an existing Genivar office.  Upon returning to Nova Scotia, Chris led various initiatives for Genivar including the establishment of a Project Management Division and the rollout of a significant design program for McDonalds.
