Louie Velocci is the Office Managing Partner for KPMG in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Lead Advisory Services Partner for Atlantic Canada and National Lead Partner for ServiceNow in the CIO Advisory services practice of KPMG LLP in Canada. 

For over 20 years, Louie has been helping CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and senior management teams align their IT service delivery approaches and frameworks with the strategic business imperatives of their organization(s). Providing pragmatic solutions to IT and business risk mitigation, Louie helps Boards and management understand risks and impacts of emerging technologies. Louie represents KPMG LLP (Canada) on our Global CIO Advisory Centre of Excellence and he has developed considerable thought leadership on the topics of cloud computing, shared services and control alignment, IT transformation, critical infrastructure design and protection. He has been involved with Industry Canada’s initiatives on cloud computing infrastructure, controls, regulation requirements, legal and resource considerations. Louie has direct experience leading and executing client IT security and forensic practices, IT risk assessment projects and third party outsourcing organizations engagements globally, and works with finance, insurance, transportation and telecommunication industries examining global issue impacts. Louie holds a Government of Canada Level II Security Clearance.
