Gina McFetridge is President of Archway Insurance. As co-owner of Archway, with her business partner and brother Michael Stack, they manage this second-generation family insurance brokerage established in Yarmouth in 1985 and now comprising more than 30 locations and 200 employees across the Maritimes.

Together, they oversee the executive management group leading the strategic planning and budgeting process for the company. In her role, Gina fosters and maintains relationships with key personnel of insurers, oversees the brand management of the company, including marketing and public relations, leads the development and implementation of standard policies and procedures, and guides corporate communications sharing the vision, mission and values of the company with all employees. Prior to joining Archway, Gina held senior management positions in marketing and communications for the Credit Union Central or Nova Scotia and a technology company, NovaLIS Technologies.

Gina holds a CAIB (Honours) designation from the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada, a Masters of Arts from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor or Journalism and Canadian Studies from Carlton University. Gina is an active member of her business community and a busy mother of two young boys. She is the Chair of the Insurance Brokers Association of Nova Scotia, a Director on the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada, Chair of the Board of Easter Seals Nova Scotia, and Past Chair of the Family Business Atlantic’s signature event the Peter Wilson Dinner. She also enjoys reading, jogging, and playing violin with the Chebucto Symphony Orchestra.
