As a career entrepreneur, Malcolm Fraser is the perfect fit as president and CEO of Innovacorp. In this role, Malcolm oversees Innovacorp’s work to find, fund and foster innovative Nova Scotia start-ups.

Prior to joining Innovacorp in October 2017, he was a leader in Canada’s digital sector for over 20 years, earning recognition and awards for innovation, management and community leadership.

In 1995, Malcolm founded ISL Internet Solutions Ltd. He grew the company to be Atlantic Canada’s top digital agency. As a digital innovator, Malcolm coached many of our country’s most recognized brands in the use of digital technologies. In 2016, his company was acquired by a national digital agency. Including ISL, Malcolm has founded several companies in industries ranging from mobile commerce to real estate.

The Nova Scotia native has a bachelor of commerce in marketing and economics from Mount Allison University. His passion for innovation and the arts currently has him serving as a board member with both the Dalhousie Medical Research Foundation and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.
