Souha Sabbagh is a senior leader with two decades of experience in Data & AI solution implementation and Transformation Strategy.

In 2022, she joined Accenture as a Principal Director in the Data & AI practice in Canada. With a comprehensive skill set that encompasses both IT and business acumen, Souha adeptly defines and implements end-to-end Data & AI strategies and solutions tailored to various industries. Going beyond implementation, she assists clients in uncovering the value of their data, ensuring seamless technological modernization, and crafting data-driven initiatives to keep organizations at the forefront of innovation and a competitive advantage.

Before joining Accenture, Souha dedicated her career to the Canadian telecommunications sector, serving as the Head of Data & AI at Videotron. Throughout her decade-long tenure at Videotron, she focused on fostering value creation through AI solutions and driving data-led transformation initiatives. Previously, she spent 8 years at Bell Canada, holding various leadership roles within the Call Center Business Intelligence team.

Souha holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Concordia University.
