Matt Price is Managing Director, Growth and Transition Capital at BDC.  Based in Vancouver and covering British Columbia and Northern Canada, he leads a team of investment professionals that invests in and partners with Canadian entrepreneurs to help them achieve their growth objectives.  In over 10 years with BDC, Matt and his team have completed more than 100 investments totaling over $300M.

Prior to joining BDC, Matt spent 7 years in the Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions group at Scotiabank, where he advised senior management of publicly traded companies on key M&A, capital markets and financing decisions.  For 2 of these years, Matt relocated to Hong Kong to help open an investment banking office and expand Scotiabank’s service offering in Asia.
