Greg McDougall is CEO and founder of Harbour Air Seaplanes, the world’s largest seaplane airline.

Starting with two planes in 1982, McDougall transformed Harbour Air into a scheduled airline that has become a vital transportation link. Harbour Air operates 200 scheduled flights a day and transports more than 420,000 passengers a year.

In 2016, China’s Zongshen Industrial Group Co ltd. took a minority investment in the airline and intends to take the Harbour Air model into Chinese cities. McDougall continues to act as CEO and oversee daily operations of Harbour Air.

McDougall has made Harbour Air an industry leader in sustainability. In 2007, Harbour Air became the world’s first carbon-neutral airline.
