Brian is a co-founder of Yellow Point. He is primarily involved in sourcing and assessing prospective partnerships, as well as facilitating growth and new initiatives in investee companies. Brian co-founded Goepel Shields & Partners in 1989 (an investment firm which was acquired by Raymond James in 2000) and served the following 14 years as managing director of investment banking for Raymond James and its predecessor companies. In that capacity he facilitated capital raises, public offerings, and private placements for numerous service, industrial and technology companies.

Brian holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
