Gerry Bellerive joined Regimen Partners in December 2014. Prior to joining, Gerry was a partner and one of three founding members at Capital West Partners, Vancouver’s leading mid-market M&A firm established in 1990 to focus on Western Canadian enterprises. His corporate finance experience for both public and private companies spans a wide variety of industries including commercial and industrial services and distribution, manufacturing, financial services, oil & gas, retail and technology. Completed mandates include sell- and buy-side engagements, raising capital for buyouts and business expansions and IPO advisory. Over the past 10 years Mr. Bellerive led over 20 M&A transactions totalling approximately $750 million.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia in 1984 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver in 1986.

Gerry leads the firm’s investment activities and is a member of the Investment Committee.
