Vince has 20+ year experience working with private companies in services, distribution and manufacturing sectors.  Prior to joining Granite, Vince spent over 10 years as a Partner in the Transaction Advisory services group of Collins Barrow Toronto.  Vince provided strategic and due diligence advisory services to mid size companies and acted as a virtual CFO to several portfolio companies.  Vince also worked in industry for over 10 years holding senior level management positions with high tech and service based organizations.  Vince’s industry accomplishments include playing a leadership role in new business development, mergers and acquisitions, cost-management and cost-reduction initiatives and in developing and implementing reporting systems.  Vince holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA), a Charted Financial Analyst designation (CFA), and holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
