Frank Pizzolato is an angel investor, advisor and serial entrepreneur.

Frank co-founded Clarity Systems, an enterprise software company focused on delivering solutions for the office of Finance.  Clarity started as a GTA based IT consulting firm which transitioned into a software leader delivering financial planning and regulatory compliance solutions to enterprises globally. With offices around the world, 70 million in annual revenue and a team of 450 employees, Clarity was was self funded from inception and profitable every quarter.  The acquisition of Clarity Systems by IBM in October 2010 was one of Canada’s noteworthy technology transactions that year.

Today Frank’s family office invests in early stage enterprise software startups where he partners with the management teams to help guide and shape the organization.  He is a volunteer advisor at Mars and committee member at the Mars Investment Accelerator Fund.
