David began his career with Allied International Credit in the UK, after graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Economics. In 1990, David initially acquired 20% of the company, with the balance being purchased by himself and four other management team members. Over the past 25 years, the company has expanded in Canada, the US and the Philippines. 2016 was an important year as the company was rebranded to Bill Gosling Outsourcing,  and was refinanced after purchasing the position of the company’s private equity partner.    

David has a keen interest in the growth of the people at Bill Gosling and believes personal development is integral to building a better company that can thrive with new opportunities, as well as sustain cyclical downtimes and other events that disrupt operations. David believes that continuing to educate himself and his leadership team is not only key to a successful business, it is paramount to the genuine engagement and happiness of Bill Gosling team members, regardless of position and region within the company.   

David has been a member of TEC for more than a dozen years and loves the opportunity to learn from other CEOs and various subject matter experts that present to his TEC group from time to time.
