Troy has nearly 20 years of experience in the private equity business, spending much of that time as Vice President of a well-known Calgary-based private equity operation. He has participated in dozens of private equity investments and divestiture initiatives. He has a broad set of experience in sourcing, negotiating and completing new investments, working with management team partners to grow their businesses and eventually realize on these co-endeavors. Since 2014, Troy has overseen the Operations Group at Mosaic, taking a more active leadership role in growing and professionalizing the Mosaic Group of Companies. He has sat on the Board of Directors of many portfolio companies, including several currently. Troy received an MBA from the University of Calgary in 1997 (Finance, with Distinction) and became a CFA Charterholder in 2000.
