Co-Founder & CEO, Dynacorp Fabricators Inc.

Justin is the co-founder and CEO of Dynacorp Fabricators Inc. Justin started his career in the oil and gas industry in as a journeyman pressure welder, and quickly moved into managerial roles at Dynacorp. From 2002- 2006, Justin served as Dynacorp’s Operations Manager, directing business operations at the company’s Calgary manufacturing facility while overseeing the facility’s personnel, business development, design and quality control, and productivity-enhancing initiatives. Dynacorp was acquired in 2006 by an publicly traded OFS company. From 2007 to 2009 he transitioned to Vice President, Fabrication at Global Flow Inc., a Calgary-based manufacturer of process equipment, electrical & instrumentation systems and field automation. Justin returned to Dynacorp in 2009 to serve as the company’s Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From 2009 to early 2013, Justin directed overall operations, sales and financial management for multiple manufacturing and rental facilities. In 2013, Justin acquired majority control of Dynacorp and began serving in his current capacity as President and CEO. In 2016 Justin partnered with Intervale Capital a Houston Based Private Equity firm and has successfully grown Dynacorp into one of the largest North American Sand Solutions providers.

In 2013 Justin acquired majority control of Dynacorp in a Management Buy-Out with the help of BDC, Roynat and ScotiaBank. At the time, he was 20% owner of Dynacorp and raised equity with help of the BDC & secured debt with Roynat and Scotia for this transaction.

After 3 years of exponential growth, in 2016, Justin partnered with Intervale Capital a Houston based Private Equity Firm with more than 1 Billion invested across 3 funds in the OFS space. The transaction allowed Dynacorp to recapitalize the business, shore up its balance sheet and provide growth equity. Dynacorp continues to successfully gain market share in Canada and the US during the worst downturn in the O&G industry in decades mainly due to being well capitalized.
