Stuart has close to 25 years of financial advisory and investment experience, led the Calgary Corporate Finance group for an international accounting firm, served as board president of the Calgary chapter of the CFA Society , and also served as VP Corporate Development for a private energy services company. In addition to managing all aspects of client M&A and capital raising assignments, Stuart has a particular focus is on the financial side of transactions including liquidity options, valuation, financial modeling, negotiations and capital structure optimization.
