Joined Peters & Co. Limited in January 2009. Jeff is a Principal & Director* in the Corporate Finance group, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior, he was a partner in the law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, with a focus on merger and acquisition activities and corporate finance. Jeff has served on the board of directors of a number of public issuers, private companies and certain charitable organizations. He is currently the Chair of the President’s Think Tank for the University of Alberta, member of the Advisory Committee for the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta, on the Board of Governors of the Calgary Petroleum Club, and a member of the Financial Sector Advisory Committee for Calgary Economic Development.
