Josh Matthews is a Managing Director with PwC Corporate Finance and leads its Alberta team. He is primarily focused on providing M&A advice to companies with enterprise values between $25 million and $250 million across a wide range of industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University and an MBA from UCLA.
